Northern Illinois, 71-67 (11/29/08) - Red-shirt freshman Harouna Mutombo scores a career-high 22 with 10 rebounds to lead WCU to fourth-place at the Great Alaska Shootout.

Kent State, 89-84 in OT (12/6/08) - Brigham Waginger scores a career-high 20 points, including five in OT, as WCU outlasted the Golden Flashes using seven free throws in OT.
